MUNI 304 (Construction specification for single and or double applications for surface treatment), (the "Work"), as set out on the list of drawings and specifications 1) James Road - 4,560m2 Double Application 2) East Mellick Road at Essex Road Intersection - 1,050m2 Double Application 3) East Mellick Road at Deporto's Swamp - 1,920m2 Double Application 4) Essex Road at start of existing surface treatment - 9,090m2 Double Application Total m2 of all four roads - 16,620m2 Double Application Submission of a tender by a Bidder gives the City the right to require the Bidder to execute the contract to perform the Work as set out within the tender documents. Tenders may not be withdrawn after the Tender Closing and will be irrevocable and open for acceptance by the City for a period of sixty (60) days following the end of the day of the Tender Closing. The Successful Bidder shall achieve substantial performance of the Work for the Project by August 1-31/2023. Bid value not released for publication.
