Renovation of a residential development in Catawba, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Catawba County is soliciting proposals, on behalf of Western Piedmont Council of Governments, for General Contractors only to provide one (1) home rehabilitation. Catawba County has received a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Scattered Site Housing Project to rehabilitate homes. The house to be rehabilitated pursuant to this RFP is located on 3 rd Avenue SW, Catawba, North Carolina 28609. This job consists of new vinyl/aluminum trim, (4) exterior doors, attic insulation installation, (2) interior doors, electrical work, plumbing work, HVAC replacement, floor covering installation, interior painting, electric surface unit cooktop, as well as other carpentry work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
