Site work for a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
A brief summary of the Work involved in this Contract is for the supply and installation of splashpad development Works at Woodlands Park. The Contractor will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following Works: - Site clearing / Tree Protection. - Earthworks, grading, and drainage. Note, refer to geotechnical report. - Underground servicing (sanitary, water, electrical) including connections - Approx. 660 square metres of asphalt resurfacing - Approx. 525 square metres of concrete paving - Installation of a Spray Pad (Complete and Operational) - Concrete surface coating within spray pad - Interpretive wording engraved in concrete - Installation of an activity panel and spring toy with rubberized surfacing - Site furnishings (Benches, precast seat boulders, armour stone seating, and 1shade structure) Note: no tree removals are anticipated.
