Renovation of an educational facility in Starkville, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The "Work" of this Contract is defined to include but not limited to the following description: The Project consists of preparation and painting of interior walls and surfaces and replacement of cove base. Pre-Bid Conference: Prior to the bid date, a pre-bid conference shall be called and all prospective bidders notified of the meeting. This meeting shall be called at the discretion of the owner/architect to respond to the general contractor questions as they may develop. The meeting (if needed) will be called no later than 7 calendar days before bid date at location to be announced.
