This project will install approximately 3,245 feet of 2-inch force main by open cut, 150 feet of 2- inch force main by trenchless methods, and equal quantities of 4-inch fiber optic conduit parallel to the force main. The project will also install a lift station with electrical components within the existing Carter Lake lagoon site. The contractor will be required to drain, fill, and grade to drain lagoons once off line. Clearing and grubbing near residence home will be required and the contractor will need to coordinate with home owners before clearing adjacent to their property. Methods & Means of construction shall be compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. This includes obtaining all necessary permits and inspections. Contractor to adhere to City of College Station construction administration procedures including, but not limited to, all plans and specifications. Maintain and submit all project records such as record drawings, project manuals, and warranties for approval by the City of College Station.
