Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Alhambra, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
1. General The standard specifications for this project shall be based on the Standard Specifications For Public Works (Green Book), Current Edition, except as amended by these bid and contract documents. Other standards may be applicable to certain type of work and details when specified. In the event there is a conflict between 2 applicable standards, the most stringent standard in the Citys opinion shall apply. 2. Emergency Information The names, addresses and telephone numbers of the Contractor and subcontractor, or their representatives, shall be filed with the City Project Manager, City Fire Department, and City Police Department prior to beginning work. 3. Scope of the Work covered by Contract Documents The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidental for the construction, complete in place, of those items as shown in the bid and contract documents. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE THE WORK WITH IN 120 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF CITY'S NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION.
