Orr for $949,326.60** The project is generally located within the boundaries of Andy Devine Avenue beginning at Hall Street and continuing approximately 1,200 linear feet east to Johnson Avenue, Johnson Avenue beginning at Andy Devine Road and continuing approximately 900 feet west to Hall Street, Hall Street beginning at Johnson Avenue and continuing approximately 800 feet south to Andy Devine Road and includes portions of Stockton Hill Road and Broadway Avenue.
