This requirement must meet all specifications outlined in the Statement of Work. Period of performance is 360 days from NTP. The subject project Magnitude of Construction in accordance with FAR 36.204(c) is between $100,000 and $250,000. Alternate payment protections or bonding requirements are anticipated under the magnitude of this project. The contractor is to include any required alternate payment protections anticipated based upon their proposed pricing as prescribed in FAR 28.102-3 and IAW FAR 52.228-13 if applicable. Project Location: Building 804, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK A pre-proposal site visit is planned and will be held on Tuesday, 27 June 2023, at 10:00 AM AKT.
