Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Greig, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Construction of 20 x 40 Pavilion per specs. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No The County will be responsible for demolition of the existing structure at the site prior to commencement of construction of the new pavilion under this RFP. The Contractor shall include in their proposal price for all corresponding site work, construction of pavilion per attached specifications, and the site cleaned up upon completion to include stone under both eaves. Please note that access to site is limited by a 7 1/2 ton bridge with no direct access by a concrete truck or pump truck to directly access site. Contractor will be responsible for using alternative means to get material to site location. Lewis County reserves the right to forego any formalities and reject any or all proposals. The intent of the county is to award this contract on August 1st , 2023, and to have all work completed by October 31st, 2023.
