Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Naples, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes the construction of two Class 1 deep injection wells (DIW) and one dual zone monitoring well (DZMW). These DIWs will be utilized to dispose of off-specification quality reuse water from a water reclamation facility, and reverse osmosis (RO) concentrate from a water treatment plant (WTP). Above ground DIW features include a well containment/maintenance pad, wellhead piping and valving, and a well annulus pressure system. Electrical and instrumentation and control (I&C) features of the project will be constructed by others. Coordination activities, manpower, and responsibilities with electrical and I&C contractor are included in this contract. Contractor shall make all necessary connection points as required by the electrical and I&C contractor as needed for incorporation of the electrical & I&C project components. Information on electrical and I&C components are included herein for Contractor's information. All improvements shall be constructed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications.
