SCOPE OF WORK: The work will consist of removing plantmix bituminous pavement by cold milling and conventional methods, installation of varying depths of plantmix recycled bituminous pavement, installation of 1" think ultra-thin asphaltic concrete surface (UTACS) S3 gradation, installation of new median islands with landscape rock, adjusting utility covers (manholes, valves, blowoffs and vaults) to grade, removal of sanitary sewer manhole lining, removal, salvage and installation of traffic signs, installation of new traffic delineations, markings, and symbols, replacement of traffic signal loop detectors. A. LOCATION: Work will be performed throughout the City of Las Vegas, within public rightof-way or easement. Improvements may occur within Clark County, City of North Las Vegas, and/or NDOT right-of-way. An encroachment permit will be obtained by City of Las Vegas for the work prior to the commencement of construction activities at those locations. Base Bid: 1.
