Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Wampsville, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Madison County is requesting pricing for the removal/decommission of the old towers at two locations: 138 North Court Street, Wampsville, NY 10996 Skaneateles Turnpike, Brookfield, NY Remove all attached existing antennas and associated wires to the source Remove tower components to the top of the concrete foundation Concrete foundation is to remain as is and not to be demolished All guy wires supporting the tower will be removed All anchors and anchor bolts to be cut flush with the top of the concrete foundation Disposal of all materials is the responsibility of the Contractor If permits are required it will be the Contractors responsibility The County will require each Contractor to submit with the proposal a brief removal plan indicating means and method of removal of the tower. The functioning 911 tower is within working distance of the old tower. In the event of a potential failure, potential damage could occur. All questions must be sent to purchasing@madisoncounty.ny.gov July 7, 2023 by 11 a.m. All questions from the site visit must be emailed to purchasing@madisoncounty.ny.gov and an addenda will go out with the answers by 4 pm on July 7 th
