It is expected the successful contractor will have recent golf course renovation experience completing projects of a similar size and scope, and within the proposed timeline. The successful contracting team will also have recent experience that includes the replacement or substantial upgrades to a golf course irrigation system. The goal of this renovation project is to bring Riverbend Golf Course up to industry standards and enhance the pace of play and the quality of the natural environment while striving for Audobon Sanctuary Certification in golf course management.
