Renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 95,000-square-foot educational facility.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Pepper Construction has been selected as the Construction Manager for the Ivy Tech Community College - Indy Reimagined for the Future - IFC Building Renovations project located at 50 W Fall Creek Pkwy N Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46208. This project consists of the renovation of three separate buildings, broken out into separate bid packages and phases. This bid package is for Phase 1 - IFC building only. The scope includes renovation of approx. 95,000 SF upgrading and adding classroom and lab space to portions of all five floors of the building. Please review the Alternates listed on the drawings & on the Alternates form in the Project Bid Manual. Construction began December 2024. The project will have a phased Fall 2025 completion. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This request for professional services will be for the Indianapolis Service Area Capital Project. The project scope includes renovations to repurpose several instructional spaces including labs, classrooms, nursing simulations, student services, administration offices, and industrial technology. The project will impact multiple buildings and more than 450,000 assignable square feet.
