The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) is seeking proposals from experienced landscaping firms to provide a full range of landscaping, maintenance, irrigation control and other related services at Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport. These services include, but are not limited to: o Grass Cutting o Fertilization, insect and disease control o Trimming and pruning o Irrigation control, maintenance, and repair o Replacement of unhealthy or dead plantings o Seasonal plantings o Mulching Proposals will not be evaluated unless all parts of the Submittal Criteria are satisfied. The landscaping firm shall provide the name and contact information (Address, phone number, email address) for the primary contact person at the firm. This person will coordinate all work with RIAC and will have the authority to make decisions regarding the execution of work and implementation of policy and procedures regarding the fulfillment of this award. RIAC reserves the right to interview some, all, or none of the firms responding to this RFP based solely on its judgment as to the firm's proposals and capabilities. Please note, RIAC is tentatively reserving 2023 for any potential interviews. Proposers are asked to reserve these dates accordingly. RIAC reserves the right to request and consider additional information from submitters and to reject any and all submittals on any basis without disclosing the reason. No firm may withdraw their submittal for at least one hundred twenty (120) days after the time and date set for submission RIAC reserves the right to waive any irregularities and technical defects. RIAC reserves the right to modify, amend or waive any provision of this RFP, prior to the issuance of a contract for the consulting services.
