The Grand Rapids Housing Commission (GRHC) is seeking proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The IDIQ contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of continuation through the execution of two (2) additional one (1) year extensions which may be executed upon the mutual agreement of both parties. The GRHC anticipates making awards under the IDIQ contract to multiple A/E firms.
