Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Florenceville-Bristol, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Proposed Work involves the upgrading of approximately 350 metres of roadway, including the installation of approximately 220 metres of storm sewer infrastructure and associated appurtenances on McCain Street. The roadway upgrade will include the milling of existing asphalt, replacement of roadway granulars, asphalt paving and the installation of concrete curb and gutter and concrete sidewalk, as well as the placement of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) on the existing roadway and parking lot around the Northern Carleton Civic Centre. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price (including HST). The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents. The lowest or any Bid will not necessarily be accepted.
