In general, the Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct recharge basins including basin levees and keyways, cast-in-place and precast structures, RGRCP basin metering stands; furnishing and installing slide gates, propeller meters, corrugated HDPE pipe, PIP PVC pipe, RGRCP, and all other miscellaneous items to complete the work described in the Plans and Specifications to provide for fully functioning recharge basins. No contractor or subcontractor may be awarded a contract for public work on a public works project (awarded on or after April 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5.
