As of August 15, 2023 no bids were received. It is unknown at this time if there will be plans to rebid. As part of the City's ongoing initiatives to meet the requirements of the Second Amended Consent Decree (SACD), the City has planned the Sugar Creek Trunk Sewer Replacements (Project No. 2) meet the 2-year design storm protection criteria in the First/Second Amended Decree issued to the City. The proposed improvements consist of replacement of the Sugar Trunk Sewer inside and outside the City limits.
