The Cambria County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Cambria County is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Furnish and pay for Bonds covering faithful performance of the Contract and payment of all obligations arising there under. Furnish Bonds in the amount of 100% of Bid sum and in such order as the Owner may prescribe and with Surety Company acceptable to the Owner, and authorizes to do business in Pennsylvania Liquidated Damages: $500.00/day (after 60th calendar day) Time for Final Completion 60 days Performance Bond: 100% of bid Labor and Material Payment Bond: 100% of bid Estimated Range $50,000-$110,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
