Renovation of a water / sewer project in Geneva, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes the removal and replacement of scum skimming equipment and appurtenances in four primary clarifiers and related work in accordance with the Contract Documents in Geneva, Illinois, for the Primary Clarifier Skimmer Replacement. All persons working on this project shall be paid no less than current prevailing wages stipulated by the Illinois Department of Labor in the County of Kane and/or as determined by a Court of Law having jurisdiction. The City of Geneva, Illinois reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities. Bidders may withdraw their proposal if a request is made in writing or in person before the date and time specified for the opening of the proposals.
