The Federal Aviation Administration, Boston Enroute Construction Office, has a new construction effort to all labor, equipment and materials for the ASB HVAC Replacement Project at the Jacksonville ARTCC, Hilliard, Florida The NAICS code is 238220, size standard of $19.00 million. This requirement is set aside exclusively for small businesses. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. All documents are available in .pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. The price range for this requirement is $200,000.00 to $500,000.00 Payment and Performance Bonds are required. NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments.
