Olde Towne Inn located at 9405 Main Street and Hotel Annex located at 9015 Church Street, Manassas, VA 20110. The main building is approximately 24,000 square feet. The facility was once a Motel and was constructed in the early 1960's. Limited Hazardous Materials Survey Reports were completed on both buildings in May 2023 that identified areas of asbestos and other hazardous materials. The hangar with attached office space is approximately 22,000 square feet. The building was once a show room used as a Fixed Based Operator for transient aircraft flying into the Manassas Regional Airport.
