As of February 27, 2024, this project has commence construction and all traded have been awarded. Construction is approximately 50% completed. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference: Sealed proposals will be received on Multiple Trade Contracts for YELLVILE-SUMMIT PUBLIC SCHOOLS - HIGH SCHOOL CLASSROOM ADDITION, YELLVILLE, ARKANSAS. Project Scope is for an approximately 13,197 square foot, single story, CMU/Metal stud framing, metal roof. All bidders must be licensed in the State of Arkansas, as provided by Act 142 of 1967, amended by Act 293 of 1969, and Act 397 of 1971, and Act 546 of 1971, as enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas. A 5 % bid bond or a certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany all submitted bids on projects that exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidders on all projects that exceed $20,000.00 shall provide the owner a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
