Renovation of a municipal facility in Arlington, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Citys MWBE goal, for this project is 9.36% The intent of this invitation to bid is to establish an annual requirements contract for Glass Replacement and Repair for all City buildings. The agreement shall include all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and travel necessary to complete orders on an "as needed" basis. The City reserves the right to request samples of products being bid prior to award of the bid. The City of Arlington exclusively uses IonWave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations. The receipt of solicitations through any other means may result in your receipt of incomplete specifications and/or addendums which could ultimately render your bid/proposal non-compliant.
