The term of the Agreement is to be for a period commencing from Contract execution until successful completion of the work as specified with the Tender document. It is the intent of this Contract that all work is substantially performed prior to September 29, 2023. The work under this Contract is being completed on four (4) parking lots within Dufferin County: - 43 Bythia Street in Orangeville; - 40 Lawrence Avenue in Orangeville; - 207 & 227 William Street in Shelburne; and, - 151 Centre Street in Shelburne.
