**As of August 20, 2025, this project has completed construction. The Bayfront Parking Lot Refurbishment project consists of resurfacing of six (6) existing parking lots on city-owned properties. This contract is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. Licensing under ORS 468A.710 is not required. The contracting agency may cancel the procurement or reject any or all bids in accordance with ORS 279B.100. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the Instructions to Bidders, and accompanied by a bid security, executed in favor of the Owner, in the amount not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. Licensing under ORS 468A.710 is not required. The contracting agency may cancel the procurement or reject any or all bids in accordance with ORS 279B.100.
