Renovation of a fire / police facility in Fort Pierce, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
As of September 19,2023, project was awarded to Martin Roofing, awarded amount is $136,625.98. Remove and dispose of existing metal roofing system to include underlayment, penetration flashings, gutters, and down spouts. Re-nail existing sheathing with 2-3/8" ring shanked 8d nails per code compliance. Provide and install new self-adhering high temperature underlayment, direct to deck with back nailing in head laps, Polyglass TU-Max or approved equivalent. Provide and install new .040 Kynar 500 'Silver Metallic' fascia metal, or approved equivalent. Provide and install new .032 Kynar 500 'Silver Metallic' 16"x1-1/2" 180 degrees mechanically seamed standing seam roofing system, or approved equivalent. Panels to be fully striated. Provide and install new .032 6" box gutters with matching 4"x4" down spouts. Coil stock for gutters to be same as used for the SSR. Installation of signage structure at front of building. Contractor shall take all precautions to protect existing structure, sod, irrigation heads, wall mounted light fixtures, screen enclosures, windows and screens, garage doors, concrete walks and driveways etc. Question Deadline 07/20/2023 at 4:30 PM ET
