Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Owasso, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a 50,362-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and clubhouse / community center.
As of July 13, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 2, 2023. The work is generally described as East Parking Lot: overlay approx 24,192 sq. ft.; South Parking Lot: overlay approx 7,360 sq. ft.; Alternate #1 North Parking Lot: Sealcoat approx 18,810 sq. ft. all with 1-year warranty on all material and labor.
