Renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A General Contractor led construction project including scope of work indicated in the project drawings and specifications required to renovate an accessible dormitory bathroom in Governor Morehead School, Building B. The work will include restoration of building finishes to dormitory rooms adjacent the work area and limited demolition and replacement of building ceilings of the floor below to gain access to PME infrastructure. Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. General Contractors must have general license classification for NC General Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities The Owner reserves the unqualified right to waive any informalities or reject any and all proposals
