Site work and new construction of a civil project in Triadelphia, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of September 8, 2023, project was awarded, start date is September 17, 2023 and will be completed by end of this year** This Project includes all work necessary to construct a duplex submersible lift station five feet in diameter by fourteen feet deep with 8.9 hp pumps; duplex pump control panel; SCADA; 210 linear feet of 3-inch high density polyethylene force main; 145 feet of 8 SDR 35 PVC Gravity sewer; one concrete manhole; 40 feet of 15 inch diameter and 28 feet of 12 inch diameter storm sewer, one catch basin; water service; restoration of areas disturbed, and other work necessary to provide a complete facility, as specified. Each Bidder must submit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction for Bidders. The Ohio County PSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Ohio County PSD also reserves the right to defer, delay or postpone the date for receiving and opening Bids. The Ohio County PSD reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsible Bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Project. The Ohio County PSD further reserves the right to waive any informality in a Bid or reject such an informal Bid if it is to their advantage to do so All work done under this contract shall be subject to all State minimum wage rates and rules. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each Bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
