Front, Medford, Oklahoma 73759 until 2:00 pm on Tuesday, October 17,2023. .** A cashier check, a certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Right is reserved, as the interest of the City of Medford may require, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received. All proposals shall be either typewritten or written neatly in ink.
