Renovation of a civil project in Miltonvale, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Removal and disposal via land application of lagoon sludge, replacement of the existing the wastewater pumping station with a submersible package unit and rehabilitation of the valve vault and piping. replacement of riprap on Cell 3 (Bid Alternate) Bid Security of 5% will be required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder qualifications may be required in accordance with Instructions to Bidders. Project Funding. This project is funded by USDA Rural Development (USDA RD), the Kansas Department of Commerce (KDOC) Small Cities Program, and Kansas Department of Health and Environment State Revolving Fund (KDHE SRF). COMPLIANCE WITH FOLLOWING REQUIRED: Federal Davis-Bacon minimum wage rates under the contract (Davis Bacon Act)-applies to Prime and all subcontractors; Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act; Fair Labor Standards Act and the Contractor work Hours and Safety Standards Act. Attention of bidders is called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Federal prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3 of the 1968 Housing Act, Segregated Facility, Section 109 of the 1984 Housing and Community Development Act, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Owner reserves the right to reject Bids and to waive irregularities
