Bids are invited for several unit price items of work, including installation of approximately 340 LF of 11' x 6' precast reinforced concrete box culverts, 800 LF of 42" HDPE storm sewer pipes, inlet / junction boxes, 4490 SY of 9" thick reinforced concrete pavement, 1087 LF of 10" and 8" sewer line, 953 LF of 8" and 6" water line, demolition, and other miscellaneous tasks. Estimate: $2,750,000 to $3,250,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond (on form attached, if a form is prescribed) issued by a surety, meeting the requirements of the General Conditions.
