reconstruction, clay capping and gravelling of 3.2 KM (2miles) of road located South half of Quarter 28 (approximately 1/4 mile headed north and south at each intersection and blended accordingly east and west on the 708 grid as per diagram) The successful bidder must furnish all labour, materials and equipment required. Approximate volume of excavation is 5,656 cu. yds/mile of clay and 300 cu. yds/mile of gravel. Each tender amount must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond made out to the Municipality in the amount of 5% of the tender amount. That the Rural Municipality of Francis No. 127 will be bidding on this contract as per the provisions of the Canada Community-Building Fund.
