the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground medium voltage electrical work, airfield lighting, general electrical/street lighting work, and building electrical systems in the Oklahoma City area for a period of not less than five (5) years a. Install terminations on insulated medium voltage conductors. b. Develop switching plans for the medium voltage electrical distribution system for submission to the Trust's Facility Maintenance Engineer for review c. Unplanned electrical outage investigation: troubleshoot the medium voltage electrical system, e.g. locating and repair an underground cable fault. d. Troubleshoot and repair medium voltage switches and transformers. e. Troubleshoot and repair airfield lighting systems. In an effort to ensure that the Trust has adequate resources for electrical and street lighting maintenance services and repairs for all of the various medium voltage systems, airfield lighting, street and parking lot lighting systems, and building systems at the Trust's three airports (Will Rogers World Airport, Wiley Post Airport, and Clarence E. Page Airport), the Trust hereby reserves the right to award an Annual Maintenance Contract to one A cashier's check, certified check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety bond payable to the Oklahoma City Airport Trust in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany the bid of each Bidder. Bid Security will be returned to unsuccessful Bidders. The Bidder shall forfeit its bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount for failure to deliver to the Oklahoma City Airport Trust a properly executed agreement, bonds, and insurance within ten (10) days of written notification of the Award of Contract to Bidder The Oklahoma City Airport Trust reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities Estimated Amount: $300,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
