Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Hephzibah, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals and to waive formalities. All questions must be submitted in writing by fax to 706 821-2811 or by email to procbidandcontract@augustaga.gov to the office of the Procurement Department by Wednesday, July 19, 2023 @ 5:00 P.M. No bid will be accepted by fax or email, all must be received by mail or hand delivered. The purpose of this project is to replace the Diamond Lakes Tennis Courts deck areas. The building affected by this project is located at 102 Diamond Lakes Way in Augusta, GA. Work is to be performed in accordance with all applicable codes, laws, and regulations. Also, in accordance with this Invitation to Bid. Scope of work is defined as follows but not limited to: Demolition of existing: Wood decks with railings (entrance, side and back) Stairs with railings (entrance and side) Ramps with handrails (entrance and back) Removal of all wood frames and concrete footers. Utilize current design for layout of new decks, deck railing, stairs, stair railings, ramps with railings and footers. Installation of new frames, wood decks with railings, and wood stairs with railings. Installation of two (2) ADA compliant ramps with metal handrails, current location. Construction of new concrete footers. Removal and replacement of building front door with door frame. Clean up and removal of debris from the property.
