The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part; to award by any item, group(s) of items, total bid, or accept the bid that is most advantageous and in the best interest of the City. complete the work within forty-two (42) consecutive calendar days liquidated damages the sum of $100.00 per day
