The Miami Special Utility Authority (''MSUA'') is seeking SEALED, FORMAL BIDS, for the relocation of one 13.2kV distribution line section identified in the bid specifications. The work shall include furnishing all labor, material (except items supplied by the Owner as specified in these Specifications and Contract Documents), supervision, equipment and tools to construct new overhead power lines as shown on the plans and described in these specifications. Owner will supply poles, crossarms, conductor, guys and anchors and all major equipment for the project, contractor may have to supply some minor material. The project shall be measured and paid for by the individual sections completed and accepted by the MSUA. Quotes will be for completion of said project which will consist of pole, conductor, and associated equipment install, removal, and transfer as noted on drawings used for reference only. The proposals filed with the MSUA shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Cashier's Check for five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the MSUA. The following bonds will be required from the Successful Bidder: o Performance Bond in the Full Amount of the Contract Price o Payment Bond for payment of all labor and materials used in the construction of such Improvements in the Full Amount of the Contract Price o One year Maintenance Bond in the Full Amount of the Contract Price The bidder (Proposer) must supply all the information required by the bid or proposal forms. 1.
