Awarded contractor is to provide, at a minimum, all labor, paint, safety gear and all required painting equipment to professionally complete work. Awarded contractor shall comply with State statutes and City ordinances governing utility clearances, Blue Stake regulations, City of Phoenix Traffic Barricade requirements, MAG Standards and Specifications, Arizona Department of Transportation Signals and Lighting Standard Drawings and City of Goodyear Standards and Guidelines.
