The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to vinyl side the office and shop buildings at C.M Harden Lake 3391 Dam Rd., Rockville, IN 47872. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, materials, and equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 60 calendar days after the NTP. Location: United States Corps of Engineers C.M. Harden Lake 3391 Dam Rd. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. One award will be made from this Solicitation.
