The Town of Argyle is seeking a qualified Contractor who shall provide janitorial services. The Town currently has four (4) locations that require janitorial services. The total square footage to be cleaned is approximately 18,200 square feet. This number is subject to change and the Town reserves the right to either add or delete locations, square footage and/or frequency of service(s). The successful Contractor will be required to provide quality service with minimal service call backs. Clarification requests will not be accepted by telephone. All responses to clarification requests will be provided to all proponents in writing by email and publication on the Town's website. Questions pertaining to this Proposal must be received no later than one week prior to the closing date of the Proposal.
