Acceptance or rejection of Proposals will be made as soon as practicable after the Proposals are received, but the City reserves the right to hold Proposals for ninety (90) days from the date of Opening. Bid Protest Procedures: Unless subsequently indicated otherwise, in a revised posting on the Department for Construction Project Bidding, the City of Tampa intends to award the referenced project to the lowest bidder listed in the tabulation posted on or about the date of Bid Opening. A bidder aggrieved by this decision may file a protest not later than 4:30 P.M., five (5) business days from the first posting thereof, pursuant to City of Tampa Code Chapter 2, Article V, Division 3, Section 2-282, Procurement Protest Procedures. Protests not conforming therewith shall not be reviewed. Please note that the City of Tampa may not be able to accommodate any request received less than 48 hours before the scheduled public hearing or meeting. The work shall be arranged to be completed in accordance with a progress schedule approved by the Construction Engineer. The time for completion of this project, referred in Article 4.01 of the Agreement, shall be 365 consecutive calendar days. The period for performance shall start from the date indicated in the Notice To Proceed.
