Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The general nature of work consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, services, and incidentals required for new playground equipment (kids friendly), new rubberized playground surfacing, new benches, ADA accessible picnic tables, ADA accessible drinking fountain, bicycle racks, planting of trees, shrubs, and ground covers, irrigation, renovation of park sign, and park LED lighting improvements. All bidders shall be licensed in accordance with provisions of the Business and Professions Code and shall possess a State Contractor's License Class A and B, at the time of bid submittal. The successful Contractor and his subcontractors will be required to possess business licenses from the AGENCY. The project duration for Base Bid construction shall be 20 working days and additional 10 working days for the entire Additive Bids. The work is to be done in accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer.
