Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Gordonsville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Gordonsville is seeking sealed bids for its Town Hall Parking Lot Reconstruction project. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, a deposit of cash or by a certified check payable to the Town of Gordonsville and drawn on a bank or trust company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, for an amount equal to 5% of the total base bid, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the required Contract will be executed and the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be furnished within ten (10) days after receipt of written notice of formal award of Contract. The Town of Gordonsville reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids The Town assumes no responsibility for oral instruction, suggestion or interpretations. Any material change in the contents of this invitation will be transmitted to all Bidders through issuance of a written addendum.
