OFFEROR READ THIS INFORMATION FIRST BEFORE SUBMITTING AN OFFER NOTICE TO OFFEROR This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a solicitation conducted using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a Request for Quote (RFQ) is being requested. Solicitation Number: 36C26323Q0714 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02 dated 3/16/2022. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) entities. At the time of submission of offer and prior to award, the offeror shall be listed as verified in SBA VetCert database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov and verified and active as a Small Business in the System for Award Management (SAM) reflecting 238220 Plumbing, heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. The PSC Code is J042 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equip- Fire Fighting/Rescue/Safety Equip; Environ Protect Equip/Matls. The VA anticipates the award of one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a possible 4 additional option years for On-Site Fire System Inspection and Maintenance services to support the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa HCS as the Omaha VA Medical Center and Grand Island CBOC. The period of performance is from July 14, 2023, to April 14, 2024, and includes four (4) one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the government. Solicitation Questions.
