Renovation of a water / sewer project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,351-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Bid a New 7th Street Hi-Lo booster pump station (BPS) replacing the existing 7th Street High BPS and 7th Street Low BPS. Includes removal and abandonment of the 7th Street High BPS, conversion of the 7th Street Low BPS to a Pressure Regulation Station. Removal of 16" & 12" asbestos concrete pipe and abandonment of 6 Cast Iron Pipe. New 18 and 12 DIP to replace the asbestos and Cast Iron Pipe. New NV Energy Service as well as changes and removal of old services. The Engineer's estimate is: $5,500,000.00 Bid Security: Each bidders proposal must be accompanied by a copy of a cashiers check made payable to TMWA or bid bond acceptable to TMWA in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the bidders base bid proposal. Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder.
