Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cambria, New York. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work consists of the installation of approximately 855 LF of new 8-inch diameter PVC gravity sewer and approximately 122 LF of new 10-inch diameter PVC gravity sewer. The project also consists of removing/abandoning the existing manholes and sewer pipe as shown on the plans and in the specifications, and the installation of new manholes. The project also consists of removing an existing tree and planting a new tree, asphalt paving, asphalt sidewalk paving, and clearing and grubbing. The project will require temporary bypass pumping during construction. The Town of Cambria reserves the right reject any and all bids. TIME FOR COMPLETION Substantial Completion for all Work under this Contract shall be by December 1, 2023. Final Completion for all Work under this Contract shall be by December 15, 2023. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five (5%) Question Deadline 07/03/2023 at 5:00 PM ET
