Renovation of an educational facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from SKA Consulting Engineers, Inc., 4651 Charlotte Park Drive Suite 150, Charlotte, NC 28217 during normal office hours. Files will be issued electronically only. A plan deposit is not required. The project mainly consists of approximately 10,000 square feet of total tear-off and new roof installation (base bid). The proposed project is for the design and construction of a roof replacement for Holshouser Hall located on the UNC Charlotte campus. The current roof is a single ply PVC roof approximately 10,200 square feet. Roof replacement/coating will be determined in design to be accomplished within budget. Bids will be received for single prime contract type. All proposals shall be lump sum. Complete plans, specifications and contract documents will be open for inspection in the offices of UNC Charlotte and SKA Consulting Engineers, Inc. or may be obtained by those qualified as prime bidders. Files will be issued electronically only. A plan deposit is not required. Code 42226, Item 333.
