Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Stevens, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This project provides all labor, equipment, tools, goods, material and incidentals necessary to install approximately 2,610 linear feet of eight-inch and approximately 3,350 linear feet of twelve-inch ductile iron water main and associated fittings; four new fire hydrant assemblies and appurtenances. The project also includes asphalt trench patching, asphalt restoration overlay, private asphalt, gravel driveway, landscape/surface restoration, and erosion control. The primary purpose of the proposed project is to extend the existing water system for improved hydraulic capabilities. Construction shall be performed while maintaining service to the existing water system. The project location is on and in the vicinity of 44th St. NE and 139th Ave. NE, near the City of Lake Stevens, in Snohomish County, Washington. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Each bid must be accompanied by proof of bid security which guarantees the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the total amount bid, excluding tax.
